What Drives You?
Have you ever paused to ask yourself, “What drives me?” Why do you do what you do? Why is it important to you? Is it your personal choice to do it?
Take a moment to reflect on these questions. Our past shapes us, but it doesn’t have to dictate our future. God is a God of second chances and even third chances. He hasn’t given up on us; He is still pursuing even the one sheep missing from the pen.
As 2 Peter 3:9 (NLT) reminds us:
“The Lord isn’t really being slow about his promise, as some people think. No, he is being patient for your sake. He does not want anyone to be destroyed, but wants everyone to repent.”
Think about what truly motivates you. Is it a passion, a calling, or a sense of duty? Reflect on how God’s patience and grace have given you the opportunity to pursue your purpose. Embrace these second chances and move forward with renewed determination and faith.
Action Point: This week, set aside some quiet time to journal about your motivations and purpose. Write down what drives you and why it matters. Pray for guidance and clarity, asking God to help you align your actions with His will. Let this reflection guide your steps and renew your commitment to yourself
